We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are either service-based goods or digital products delivered as downloads and the dispute processes can not be paused at the Credit Bureau or Creditors, we generally offer no refunds after we have started any service or have provided you access to the downloaded digitals products.
If a refund is requested before the product has been delivered or shared with the purchaser, we reserve the right to honor the refund request.
Refund requests made after the service has been started, product delivered, and/or shared with you are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
